Rotarex Introduces Point-of-Use Regulator that Fits Any Lab Configuration | Rotarex

Linestar is easy and intuitive to use. All key functions are visible at a glance for safer and more accurate operation. In addition, it comes with a convenient fixation system that enables simple installation wherever it is needed. For use with all types of specialty gases, it gives users maximum convenience while improving lab safety and productivity.

Linestar’s high-tech design integrates a pressure gauge into the pressure regulator, and each model can be equipped with an optional flow control valve. It is easy to check the valve opening, even from far away, as users have 360º visibility of the ¼ turn shut-off valve. Plus, high contrast color selection clearly differentiates the controls from the fixed parts and it’s easy to see the gauge and on/off position.

Fully compatible with 6.0 gas purity, Linestar delivers highly precise pressure reduction and flow.

By integrating a pressure regulator, shut off valve and optional flow control valve, Linestar delivers highly precise and accurate performance. At the same time, it is very durable and has improved chemical compatibility to ensure a very long working lifetime.

It is quicker and easier to install Linestar, as all versions come equipped with an “easy fix” pre-positioning system that prevents rotation during installation and tightening. To reduce the risk of gas contamination, a 60µ mesh filter in the inlet prevents particles from entering during installation and, when in use, Linestar’s compact design reduces dead-space volumes and purging.
